Ad of the Registered Letter Not received L4208

I have sent a Registered with AD letter to The Manager of Karvy Computershare (P) Ltd at a Banjara Hills address of Hyderabad-500034 on 18.05. but till date I haven't received the AD. It contained details of share certificate of my deceased Husband.

I'm a widow and has lot of dependance on the proceeds of these shares.

Request you to accept it as a complaint and resolve it at the earliest and oblige.
