NOMINEE NAME ENTER BY YOU IS WRONG

I Sushil kumar custumer id - 110090332234.I was fill up "Pushpa Kumari" in column of nominee name in the PRAN application form. But enter the name of nominee by you "Usha kumari" in the PRAN kit sending by you. Please correct Usha kumari to Pushpa kumari.

My nomine is "Pushpa Kumari"
