Not receiving parcels and letters

Starting from about an year back, I have not been receiving some important packages from Indian Post. These include two packages containing CD's sent from UK on two separate occasions, and some subscribed magazines. I should mention that i never used to receive my magazine whenever they sent it through Post, and they did this for round about 5 to 6 months. Fortunately they have a provision of sending backup copies through courier so i didn't really had a big problem. After it continued for that many months though, I insisted they dispatch them through courier.

Between all, I at least was receiving my important letters and admit cards on time, but that until now. I am supposed to receive an admit card sent by Airforce HQ, Delhi and I haven't yet. My friend, who lives in the next colony has already received his 4 days back. Now can any one suggest me how to sort this mess out.
