Non delivery of Post and misbehaviour by postman when asked

Dear Sir/Madam

I have subscribed frontline and Economic and political weekly magazines in may for one year. but i didnt receive a single edition till 1 month back. i contacted the companies and they replied in writing that they are dispatching it by India post regularly.

when i enquired it with postman he said he is delivering me all the posts that are with him. upon further probing he misbehaved and went off.
