Non submission of T D S on tax info network

I have two senior citizen saving account nos 335425 and 335660 in sector 34 post office in Chandigarh. The tax deducted on the interest from these accounts is not being reflected in the form 26 AS of the tax information network for the current financial year 12. The General Post Office Chandigarh is responsible for not doing the same. This will result in non issue of an authentic form 16A and non reconcilation of the tax details by the income tax authorities.
