Non Delivery Of 2 Registered Speed Posts

I Had a very important package to be sent to Ireland, which was booked at Indiapost Trivandrum on 18th Ovtober. The tracking Number was EL059580415IN.It was not delivered after 2 months and tracking details shows only upto insert item into bag at Mumbai EMS.So i decided to send another one after 2 months. This time i booked the package on 16th December From Indiapost Trivandrum, and the Tracking Number was EL059584315IN.Again The package was not delivered and the tracking status shows the same message. What can I DO for thai. Is Indiapost Such an Irresponsible Organisation. So what can be done to retrieve the packages now, as i am nearing the last date for submitting the form.
