International package not received

Hi,

I had sent a registered post consisting of documents and an audio CD with Tracking number RM082257650IN. It was posted on 4th Feb and has reached New York, USA by the 8th Feb but not reached the destination i.e. Edina in Minnesota. Please let me know how to get the parcel moving and redelivered. Also let me know what procedure needs to be followed in case the parcel finally does not reach the destination within a reasonable period of time.

This delay has caused me financial losses and also put a conciliation court case in jeopardy. Please assist as soon as possible.
