Non delivery/negligent Postman

We are staying at a place called BIKRAMGARH in Kolkata and is under jurisdiction of of Jadavpur University post office Kolkata 700032.

Our complaints:

1.For the last few months delivery of letters are irregular and the letters are THROWN in an open space even if it is waterlogged.

For information, we do have a post box at ground floor though our building is a 4 story one.

2.Many a times our letters are delivered at different address.

Request for proper delivery by the postman.
