Non Delivery / Loss of Article

Dear Sir

I booked an cover to Regional Director, IGNOU Regional Centre, Bhubaneswar through speed post vide no.: SP EN424246463IN dated 20.11.2010 at IE Nacharam Post Office, Hyderabad. On 26.11.2010 while tracking on the postal website, I found that the article had sent from Hyderabad to BBSR dated 20.11.2010 after that there is no details / information of the delivery/ proceeding of the article.

So I contacted SPC Hyderabad, BBSR from 26.11.2010 to till date regularly they informs me that we are making enquiry and making correspondence with the concerned offices and also the SPC BBSR, SPC Hyderabad, SPC Kolkata blaming each other.

Even though I had registered a compliant vide no. 100000-64190 dated 26.11.2010 and SPC HYD had registered a compliant vide no. 111104-05654 but all are in vain and shows no result till date.

So I request to higher authority to help me to track out the article. Lost / even more delay of the delivery of article may cause the loss of education career because the cover contains the Filled Application Form with a Andhra bank Demand Draft vide no.012598 dated 19.11.2010 for Rs2, 100/- drawn at Cherlapally branch for registration for the BA 2nd year course through IGNOU.
