Bad manner Reservation Clark

Hi,

I want to share my experience of a Railways Reservation clark in BDA complex Kormongala. On 5th Feb' I went reservation center to book my onward (break) journey ticket - Yesvanpur - Howrah-Guwahati of Durnato and Sarighat exp. The reservation clark was not able explain the reason for not booking in that combination. On the other hand, he was behaving rudly to me. as I have booked many times of onwards jouney tickets, not in the said combination. After that I took different combination, for change of Rs 10/-, I waited for 45 mins.(although 1.30 hrs for my turn) becuse of query, he was simple taking time for that althouh he can got it from other collegues. He want 90/- change (ticket is 591/-, 1/- change was given). change is not the issue, his behaviour is not friendly with the customer.
