Application for transfer of SCSS account

I had sumitted my application in Form G for transfer of my Senior Citizen Saving Scheme account from EKTP post Office under Tollygonge H.O.to State Bank of India on the 3.4. but the same has not been forwarded by EKTP Post Office, Kolkata-700107 to Tollygunge H.O. even today (13.4.2010). The reason advanced by the postmaster is that he did not get time to do that because he is short of staff. I wanted to get the account transferred because EKTP P.O. is having only two counters to cater and as a result an old like me (78 years) has to STAND for hours to get necessary transaction done. Kind early action solicited. Thanks.
