Stray dog menace

Dear Sir,

I live in Vadodara in area Subhanpura. My house is a Flat in the society name Samta'. There are few stray dogs in my street who create havoc with their shrill noise in the night. Secondly whenever i go for a morning walk i fear that they will tear my clothes

I have to stop this menace by any means.

I hope this consumer forum will help me in my problems and not just any other internet website just lodge my complain and do nothing.
