Amount not yet credited-Claim id PYPNY110300016711

Dear Sir,

I have got message from PF office that "Claim form 10C Claim ID: PYPNY110300016711 and ACC No:

PYPNY00307530000000071 settled and payment sent via cheque on 10/05".

But the amount not at credited to my account. I have done enquiry on bank also. But, there is no any cheque transaction made from last 1 month.
