NON INSTALLATION OF PNG CONNECTION

The IGL launched the PNG gas connection distribution network in the Block-B Preet Vihar, Delhi-110092. I applied for the new connection as per details given below and made the payment also.

It is regretted to say that no pipe line has been provided in this premises though other buildings in the entire Block have been provided connections and supply is in use for the last 4-5 months. I asked the workman at site but no satisfactory answer was given. This is discrimination and beyond expectation.

You are therefore requested to provide connection and supply PNG to me residence so that i may use the same. I have lodged complaints on customer care vide Nos.194630, 359924, PRJ 201127615 and a number of emails but to no avail. The attitude of the company is totally unbecoming of a government organisation.
