No acknowledgement nor reply

I had made appeal through speed post to information commissioner. Till today i had not recived any acknowledgement nor reply. I want registration no. Emails of this office are not working

First of all my thanks for giving verbal orders to my appeal no 5814 heard on 4.10.10 where you asked DY REG co-op hsg soc western suburbs to give me copies of M20 bond of gokul accord co-op hsg soc kandivali east Mumbai. They informed me that they have not registered bond with dy reg..On this they gave me interim reply to my further complaint saying Shri S.N.Salunke A grade officer is appointed as provisional officer to see the records of society and do needful by his letter under no Dy reg-R/gokul accord/HSG/NO 79[2]/11 4089 OF 21.3.11.As there was no reply I appealed to commissioner for co-operation and registration Pune but he closed the application saying I should make application to Mumbai officer.

On 12.5.11 I had appealed against non receiving proper reply for action taken against office bearers of society for running society without bonds and for caring rs one core major repair work to You Information Commissioner Mumbai.

Pl state the latest position of my Appeal so that I get justice at your end without going to consumer court
