Bad Roads, Sewage

I am a resident of Gurgaon living on Sohna Road Gurgaon. We call Gurgaon a millenimium city, but it is a city of mud, big pot holes, bad roads and bad sewage system. Gurgaon Administration has turned blind eye towards all these problems. Not even a single road except NH8 (which is managed by NHAI) is in good condition. Everywhere there are big potholes, open sewers, 2-3 ft water logging, you cannot even drive your car, leave people who walk or go on two-wheelers. I was wondering why i should pay this much hefty tax every year when government cannot provide us basic amenities to live. I want this compliant to be heard of by the right people so that appropriate action should be taken.
