Non receipt of PF, Security, Salary

Dear Sir
I had worked with Instrumentation Ltd from Aug to June vide employee refrence no. 70246 . During this period company was deducting Rs. 1440 from my salary for the contribution of PF & RS. 1250 per month for Security. I had left the company in June. After that i had filed a PF form & application for Security refund & leave encashment. Even after six months & no of phone calls to resident manager Mr. Amandeep Singh (9417052170) & accountant Mr. Malhotra (9464126324) based at Patiala i could not got any response. I am very much harassed from the company.
You are requested to please look into the matter & arrange to release my payment at the earliest.
