I have sent a parcel on 14 /1 from (kolkatta) by ems speed post for (U.S.A.)TO MY DAUGHTER prity bengani, for her birthday on 30th january ..but i am very sorry to say you till 30th january after 18 days, it will not reach there till now... the speed post ems service for international .it will take maximum 7 to 10 days...

i am complainig you and wanted to know why my parcel has not deliever there (u.s.a) till now after 18 days... i have sent with my love feelings to my daughter for 30 th january (on her birthday)... and request you to send her this parcel immediately... i dont know because of your delay delivery the snakes and sweets wll be stay in gud condition or not...
