EPF Withdrawal problem & no action yet by local EPF office

Respected Sir / Madam,

Kindly be informed that I had thrice sent my PF withdrawal form to above mentioned employer through Registered post to get sign & stamp. Still I didn't get any response & forms were disposed by employer.

Finally I had submitted my PF withdrawal for at EPF Pune office at Golibar Maidan along with all Necessary documents & forms demanded by officer. I had submitted forms in the month of September but yet fund is not transferred on my account. I would request to look into matter & kindly keep me posted with status.
