This is to complain against Messer Narsinh krupa Gas Agency, Near AKota Garden Vadodara. Although it has been widely published in the newspapers, dated 8th July) that there is no restriction for booking a gas cylinder before 21 days, yet this agency denies to take any booking before the said time. His telephone lines are always busy and if you go personally to book in his office, you will be humiliated as if you are beggar at his mercy.. Indian Oil should atleast keep a tap on their agents who by the years have turned into, troubling the consumer . am scared to give my connection No. in fear of furthur harrassments from the agency. Also my earlier cylinder was weighing less and was completed before average usage by me. My phone is 919898319839 & 919427538009
