PF CHEQUE RETURNED

In the month of June a cheque no.689742 09.05.2008 for amount Rs.9000/- approx., was sent to My bank account in ICICI bank, Madhapur br., Hyderabad wherein my account no. was printed as '004001509149 instead of '004001509145 on the cheque sent by PF Office mumbai. And the bank has returned the cheque back to the PF Office, Kandivili, Mumbai for correcting the same and resubmission.

But, so far the bank has not received any cheque for which i made several queries with the PF Office, Kandivili, Mumbai PHONE NO.022-2869 2531/ 2869 2304 but response for the same was not appreciable.

Hence, i request you to kindly look into the matter and do necessary favourable orders.
