Renewal of Passport

I have applied for the renewal of my passport (file number E008238) in Mumbai regional passport office. After standing for 6 hours in heat and Braod day light (as there are no arrangements to even make people sit) i was finally able to submit my passport renewal. Post that a policeman come to my house and verified the stay as per the process and we didnt offered him any money. Now one and half month has passed and till date our passport is not sent to us.

We had written the complaint on the email id's mentioned on the website and also to the external affairs ministry but there is no response.
