Shubyatra Membership Card Not Recieved

Hello,

I have applied for Shubyatra Membership card and also got the Membership number (21173663114) after i have maid the payment through online on 23rd June. I haven't received my Membership card till date. I have mailed to customer care (to the mail address shubhyatra@irctc.co.in). They didn't even show kind enough to reply for the mail. When i tried to call the customer care they don't even respond. How can we trust a government organisation even they don't respond the customer.

Excepting some action would take against the misbehavior and carelessness for the government officials. And also hope you also wont behave as same other government officials as not taking any actions
