PF Amount not yet received

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have submitted my PF Form complete in all respects through my employer. The confirmation was received by the employer dated 09th Oct. Same was confirmed by EPF Office, Kandivali as well. The EPF Office, Kandivali has confirmed of getting the PF Proceeds latest by 1st week of January However, till date nothing has happend and no further communication regarding the same is received. On telephone, they are just putting off the matters and recently they have stopped picking up the calls as well.
