NOT HOUNERING RTI ACT

P.I.O. SE (O&M) Bharatpur take RTI Act verry lightly. I filled an RTI Application on 06-05-10. till date I could not get the response which must be given with in 30 days. This is not first time previously also he has done similar practice or even worst. In one case he got information from his subordinate office on 26-08-09 but gave the applicant on 25-10-09.In another case after passing of 30 days limit he returned the application saying that IPO is not correctly filled. Hereby I want to convey that PIO, SE (O&M) Jaipur discom is working against the duties of PIO.
