Compensation on Sipcot land aquisation

I purchased DTP approved housing site at oragadam in2006 September with all documents cleared by the local authorities for housing site including the thasildhar.

In 2007 the plots was aquired by SIPCOT. still the compensation is not paid. After some resistance we also gave the concern and the land has been alloted to an MNC.

When asked for compensation with thasildhar. they ask as to sign many papers, one of them agreeing to accept the goverment approved amound.

they never say what is the amount and not even prepared to pay what is on the revenue document.

they are not even prepared to pay the interest for these years of non payment.

They suggest to go to court.
