Delaying of obtaining cast certificate

We have submited an application along with necessary document/ court Fee application Vide receipt No 010/Caste11/CC021280 Dated 20/08 regarding obtaining of Cast Certificate in respect of my daughter, Who is residing Ansal Golf link-II, UPSIDC Site - C, Surajpur (Village Gulistanpur), Tehsil Sadar, Distt Gautam Budh Nagar.

The time of delivery has been over (more then 7 Days) and concerned personnel mesleading and does not response porperly, as per Govt Polocy, Please advise me What should I do? against Corruption
