Complaint against unauthorized possession of government property

Sir,

I would like to draw your attention to the illegally possession of government property being held by Sh. Jasbir Singh at Santgarh Auto market at Outer Ring Road.

The above named person is having a tenated premises at WZ-108 B, first floor Santgarh Outer Road, New Delhi -18, since he repairs radiators of the cars for which he has to use dangerous acids/ chemicals for which he has constructed a tank to store hazardous chemicals and acids on government property which is illegal and also dangerous for the general public health. Despite our repeated requests to the above named person to remove those hazardous chemicals from the government property he has refused to heed our request.

By this letter I would request you to kindly take note of the above illegal and dangerous act of the above mentioned person and make sure that he removes the hazardous chemicals which an be dangerous for the general public. An immediate action be taken under relevant laws to safeguard the general public health.
