Non-delivery of Regd. lette

I had regd. a letter from Ujjwal Nagar Post Office - 495555 vide RL No. 481 dated 04.01.2011 addressed to Shri K K Pandey, Qtr. No. - 580/A Loco Colony Khagual, Patna. Till date, the said registery neither delivered to the addressee nor returned to the me. I want to know the status of regd. and expedite. I have given a written Complaint to Sub-Post Master, Ujjwal Nagar - 495555 who in turn told me that complaint will processed after one month. No more reply has been given to me.
