Passport pending since 3 months

I have applied for my daughters (Lehar Agarwal) passport holding file no HYDC02127310 on 21/10 under tatkal scheme. The officer checked each and every document and was satisfied. I have also submitted verification certificate along with other documents.

It is a shame on the Passport department in Hyderabad that they have neither issued her passport nor do they bother to reply. I cannot contact them on phone as no one picks one and they dont bother reply to emails or sms. The Government of India and A.P. should take strict action against the passport office. I request to forward my complaint and help me attain my daughter passport at the earliest.
