NAME CHANGE REQUEST IN ACCOUNT

I have written several times to edit the name in below mentioned email-ids.

agaeuttarpradesh2@cag.gov.in,

cag@cag.gov.in

but no one responded. please confirm whether it is working or not. and how can i raise my complaint to higher authority.
