Job Call letter
Postal Delay

I applied for a post for Railways recruitment. I was selected for the written examination. The examination date was 19/12 but I got the call letter on 23/12. A postal stamp on the envelop is displaying date as 18/11. It takes more than a month to come where as a person travel the distance in half an hour!!! Is it a technological advancement of our postal service?
