Registerd Post with Demand Draft not deliverd to address

My Provident Fund Cheque send from SBI, Pattom, Trivandrum, posted by registerd post from Pattom-Trivandrum, kerala post office with wide refernce no. 5655963 to consignee address ICIC Bank Dadar Mumbai, dated 01 Feb is not deliverd to bank till today 16 feb.

SBI already send complaint to TRIvandrum post office.

Please try to do something at the earlist
