Sir,

I had submitted my PF Form No.19 & 10 C on 9th February in

Kandivali office. My PF A/c. No. Is MH/24175/079. Company name is

M/s. Pacific Electronics & Components Pvt. Ltd. But your staff has

refused my form because company has not Allotted Group A/c. Code. So I

had submitted my Form in bandra office. & also given letter in the

name of Shri P.M.Mathew From Bandra office they had sent my Form to

Kandivali office in your name (Shri Durgaprasad) on dated 21st

September Ref. No.15 (7)/1156. But till date Group code no.

Has not allotted to M/s. Pacific Electronics & Components Pvt. Ltd.

Even I have met many times to Mr. K.S.Asari (Kandivali office) but he

is not giving proper response & always giving commitment to me that

the work will done in two months and your staffs were also not

allowing me to meet (Shri Durgaprasad & Shri Nandkumar Adurkar)

and i had also submitted all companies legal documents which has been

sent to you on dated 20/09. In the name of shri Durgaprasad

For your action as there is already delayed to allot A/c. Group Code

I am expecting your co-operation in this matter & Provide Group A/c

Code at an earliest & also request you to clear my dues at an

earliest & also give me feedback of work status when will I get my PF Balance
