Grant of higher pay scale under ACP-Request to mediate and concillate against

harassment to retired employee by Kandla Port Trust authorities by lingering case since 9 years of retirement

It is hereby requested to kindly grant higher pay sacle under ACPS owing to refusal of adhoc promotion offered vide TF/PS/1003/2037 dt 13-6-1995 and honour the Office memorandum 35034/1/97 Estt (D) dtd 9-8-1999. Having served for 39years 18-8-1962 to 31-1 and being entitled for ACPS (ASSURED CAREER PROGRESSION SCHEME, and the case being lingered since 09 years, being under financial implications it is once again requested to settle the case alongwith penal interest rates.
