Unconstrution of road in kanpur (ward-58, along canal of basant vihar)

Sir,

in the above (in subject) area is devloped 35 years ago but there is constrution of road neither. but tax is allowed by k.d.a.(or nagar nigam) from past many years.

hence i appeal you that all tax (for development) is returned by k.d.a.(or nagar nigam) OR the road constured by K.D.A..
