Delay in Ration Card Issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

Since i have moved to Bangalore, I had deleted my name from my family Ration card in Chennai and submitted my transfer order to the "Karnataka Food and Civil Supplies" office in Ulsoor Bangalore in November. THe verification was also completed in December. However, before i could collect the new Ration Card, they had stopped issuing the card based on Karnataka Govt order. It is August now and i still have not received my ration card. None of the officials seem to know when they will resume issuing ration cards again. They are forever waiting for govt order. i have made hundreds of phone calls and personal visits without any success.

Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
