Delay in passport

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please refer to the file numbers Z241217/09 and Z241218/09 of my two childrens Adeeb Javed and Samiya Javed, upon checking the status of the application on the interned i get the status message as "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time."

So after repeatedly checking the status and getting the same status fot more than 3 months I send my wife and she found out that all the verifications and everything else is Ok but they need an affidavit which is issued in my favour by the embassy of India here in Saudi Arabia, where I am presently working as an engineer which I did about a month and a half ago and the affidavit provided to the embassy officials but still the passport is not being despatched.

I would like to get the passport of my Childrens quickly so as to bring them here.
