Shop no. 2 scheme Dabauli-Sold second time

My husband Late Sri Ramdass Narula purchased a shop no. 2 in Dabauli scheme. Full and final payment of Rs. 20, 000=00 was paid by 23.03.1984.Possession was given on 17.07.1984. Only 4 shops were sold by KDA rest were lying unsold.

Now KDA has sold this property to some one else without informing me.

Kindly take up the matter with KDA and justice be given to me.
