Not providing water from past five days from water authirity

Sir,

We are not getting water for past five days from water authority. When we call the concern people they simply said like today night they will provide. For domestic purpose we don't have enough water only.five days not providing water for domestic purpose is something pathetic. When we call second time in water authority they just cut the call. I am providing the details of water authority which we belong.
