Keseneni cargo
Poor service

I booked a consignment in keseneni cargo from coimbatore to guntur on 29.12.2010 (Consignment no - OBST 10000803 - 2 boxes). On that date their people in coimbatore, they assured me that the consignment will reach guntur by 31.12.2010.

Based on their assurence daily i enquired their guntur office regarding this consignment, But on 4th january only i got the messge that they got 1 box from that consignment. I enquired about another box but they told that they received only one box from that consignment.

They checked in the net and it shows that there is only one box, but in the booking office coimbatore we got the bill for 2 boxes, while showing it to guntur office, they are not responding well.

So i decided to lodge the complaint here, pl do the needful
