Pf amount query

After careful going through the Bank statements of IDBI I hereby clarify that the amount of the first installment of Rupees 11841/- has been credited to my account which I erroneously mentioned earlier of not getting credited.

But this problem could have solved easily had there been an easy communication between the pf office and myself.

However my query no. 2 is yet left unresolved as to what is the amount of Rupees to be received from pf office Singasandra office that is to be received in the month of June and what date it will be received.

PF NOT RECEIVED

Sir,

Despite of repeated calling pf offices (Singasandra Bangalore), these offices are not in a position to receive the phone calls, reply to the fax messages and email addresses.

I, the undersigned Mahesh Prabhakar Asawalikar working in a courier office in Pune has applied for withdrawal of Pf with Adecco office Bangalore. Adecco Bangalore gave me email addresses that bounced back.

When calling on the telephone line 08025734590 the pf caller does not pick up the phone and even after calling on repeated occasions the phone is line busy for the reason that several callers call at the same time and not that the receiver is giving his best service.

These people are like frogs who go on hibernation during winter season.

Please help as on one occasion the receiver gave me a half baked information stating that Rupees 11841/- was sent to my Idbi bank. (based on the application sent to pf office on 26-11 by Adecco office bangalore)

And now that the second installment is due to be received in June

But until now I have not received any amount.
