Improper built of roads

Respected Sir/Madam,

We the people of sukna was facing a drainage problem in our locality, recently there had been 100 days work under panchayat samity. We were happy to welcome this work of drainage and proper roads but after completion of this drain and roads we again have to face the problem because of this roads and drains as because this roads and drainage is not properly built to what it has to be up to the mark. The water in drains has not the proper flow to where it can go so the water is jammed and because of this there we having air population. The roads is not upto the mark, the stones sands the cements not utilised upto the mark so there we can see distribution of cements sands and stones at the other side taking out of the roads... So, we want the strict action why this happend in our place it this not take seriously than the panchayats will misuse the funds thereon..
