Passport Not Received

My mother-in-law applied for renewal of her passport which was expired

few years back. Now, It is going to complete almost 9 months and still

she is crying and counting every day with a hope that she will be able

to see her 80 years old mother, who fighting with the death every

minute .3 months before status was showing as ' Police Report is incomplete

and the case is being examined ' . But it has been checked with the

Mogra, Hooghly (where she resides) police station and they have

confirmed that all formalities from their side have been completed.

Police verification was done on 26th Nov'2011.After making an official complaint to Assistant Passport Officer (Public Grievances) things moved a little, and they asked to submit P.P. forms along with Photographs for re-verification". Accordingly forms and photographs re-submitted on 23-04. But till date there is no movement.
