We book one parcel of M.S.R.T.C.(Pune) dated 07.05.2012 L.R.No.016789404 which is most urgent to our party.

but in solapur branch they send the material in Kolkata but actually we book this parcel to Nigdi. Today till after 20 days ago but material not received.no one can give the correct answer about it.

Solapur Branch Service is so third class. Our party fine to Rs.2000 to us for late delivery? What will we do?
