Provident Fund Withdrawal request

I had filed 6 months back provident fund withdrawal form, till now it is under process. The PRO phone number is always busy and if by any change you get the rings then there is no one to pick up. Working in Hyderabad it is very difficult to come to Bangalore to visit this office (eventhough i dont know my visit is going to achieve anything!). Seems like to get back the hard earned money that goverment forcibly took from me, i have to resort Bribe. (No Tata Tea or Paragon Chappal going to help in real life).
