Bills not received

Dear Sir/Madam

We are not receiving the bills for the telephone numbers 27470470 & 27470471.We have also raised an complaint regarding this in the SIPCOT Telephone Exchange but no action was taken. Till now we are paying our telephone bills by requesting duplicate bills from the

Exchange. We don't know Why we are not getting our bills.

Please look into this issue and sort it out at the earliest.
