Waiting for EPF amout since fom more than last six months

I have submitted form to retrieving my EPF amount on 4th Nov., however till date I didn't received and amount or any acknowledge regarding same. Also when I check my claim status through online it gives 'Record Not found' message.

Kindly request to you, to look into this and try to resolve this issue ASAP, since I need my amount on urgent basis.
