LDA
Returned cheque has been dishonoured

I have filled form for LDA home and i wasn't allotted the home and I got cheque for amount which I submitted initially. Now that cheque is dishonoured due to some discrepancy. I Think they changed cheque number by pen and that created issue. Also cheque is valid for 3 months only what will happen as this is last few days and I live in Delhi. alot of troubless... what should i do..
