Charging when the the connection is already suspended

LESA is charging unneccessarily as the electricity connection is already suspended.

Firstly, they themselves were not coming to take off there electric meter and when consumer went to the LESA department to ask them to immediately take off there meter as it was already pending from about 9 to 10 months. They unneccessarily charge the consumer. It is the matter of serious concern.
